Collective Impact
If the social problems facing our communities were simple, they wouldn’t be so persistent. A collective impact approach assumes that real change in complex issues requires a group of important actors from different sectors to commit to a common agenda for change.
At TNC, we work with complex systems (and the individuals/groups that comprise them) to help them develop a common agenda for change, a set of shared measurement systems, and a process for ongoing communication and learning. This enables our partners to tangibly see how they are taking real strides towards solving complicated social problems.
