Andrew is a social researcher, program evaluator and facilitator with more than 25 years experience. Together with Jason Newberry, he founded Taylor Newberry Consulting because he wanted to help organizations translate evidence into insight and action.  He works with grantmakers and collaborative planning tables in the public benefit sector across North America, helping them set the stage for more meaningful evaluation work and better evidence based planning.  He also works on a number of anti-poverty and food security projects.

As Resident Evaluation Expert at the Ontario Nonprofit Network, Andrew frequently writes on issues related to evaluation in the sector.
