Sarah is a bilingual research consultant at TNC and is also completing her PhD/PsyD in Clinical & Social Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Her doctoral thesis focuses on access to mental health care for newcomers in Canada. Sarah has been at TNC since 2022 where she has been involved in evaluations and research in the areas of gender-based violence prevention, youth mental health, peer support programs, and sexual health for 2SLGBTQ+ youth.

Sarah has a combined 8 years of experience in research, evaluation, and leadership in the nonprofit sector. She was formerly the Director of Clinical Operations for a national mental health crisis line. Her work in the not-for-profit space inspired her desire to understand and dismantle barriers that equity-deserving groups face when accessing social services and health care.
