TNC delivered a research report examining the mental health climate for Two-Spirit, Nonbinary, Trans, and Questioning Girls and Black, Indigenous, and racialized girls in Canada. For this report, TNC conducted focus groups with Indigenous-led and Queer-led youth-serving organizations and held discussions with racialized, Indigenous, and queer youth. The final report, framed through an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens, provided recommendations for the youth and gender equity sectors to improve mental health programming for these underserved groups.
